What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or return on our products as they are perishable items.

If for any reason, you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please email us info@theartoftastelondon.com with details and your contact information and will get back to you. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and your order should arrive next working day. However, in extremely rare cases there may be a delay and we kindly ask our customers to wait a few days before reaching out to us.

How should we store your products?

Our products should be stored in a cool, dry place. If you do not wish to consume the products within the next couple of days, we advise for the items to be stored in the fridge to maximise the freshness of the product and taken out 24 hours before consuming.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The best before dates are highlighted on the packaging.  

Why have my chocolates got little white spots or blooms on them?

All of our chocolates are tempered to ensure they have a good smooth uniform appearance and snap. However, chocolate can be temperature sensitive and sometimes temperature fluctuations can cause "blooms" to appear on the surface. Please rest assured that the chocolates are absolutely safe to eat and this does not take away from the taste and enjoyment of the product.
